What services do you provide?

Moka Design+ focuses on residential remodel in Phoenix and Chicago metro areas. In your existing home, we are able to remodel your kitchen, bathroom, and/or outdoor living spaces. Our team of experts takes on full remodel projects. Unfortunately at this time, we do not take on cosmetic refreshes, such as isolated re-tiling backsplash projects.

How much do renovations cost?

Every project is different and we can work with you to meet your budget needs. If you are looking to frame out what a potential budget would be, we typically recommend baseline budgets of $18k for bathroom, $30k for kitchen, and $30k for outdoor living space remodeling.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! Our design team can assist with helping to bring your bathroom and kitchen remodel to life. It can be overwhelming trying to coordinate color schemes, tiles and fixtures. We will make it as easy as possible to customize a design look that matches your style, budget, and personality.

Each of our Phoenix and Chicago local team leads have been with Moka Design+ from the start, which means, we’ve vetted the quality of workmanship, character of team members, and developed a strong and trusting partnership. We do not outsource to temp workers. We see your home as an extension of our own homes and treat your space with the same care, respect, and attention to detail.
